Texas Ledes Sunrise Yoga
Hello newsies! I’m glad you’re here! This 60 minute yoga for journalists sunrise flow begins with a grounding meditation. I also shared a lemon eucalyptus essential oil to help with a a feeling of invigorating and cleansing. For class, we’ll move through a series of twists and sun salutations and finish off with a nice savasana. This is an all levels class. No props needed.
