The News Yogi | Yoga for Journalists offers research and psychology based yoga and mindfulness tools to help journalists and newsrooms cope with the industry stress, anxiety and trauma. 

Yoga for journalists is focused on fostering a safe space for BIPOC and all identifying journalists. We focus on sharing tangible movement, breathing and mindfulness techniques to address mental wellness as it relates to career and life experiences.
